I agree.  Good job on the scatter, and it really helps set the scene...

Those are great little pieces; the sort of things that add so much to a table.

Thanks a lot, mate!
These little details add so much to the setting...

Thanks a lot!!

Your scatter terrain looks great.
Adds a lot to the table.
Great looking buildings also. :-*

Thanks a lot!!
The buildings are papercraft I designed to fold down. My only option as a solo wargamer that has to store everything at home

We continue advancing with the motor pool of our combat forces.

On the American Marines' side, I just received two heavy machine gun turrets for the two diecast Humvees I had.

I also bought an LAV25 on a second-hand app has arrived home. At first, it seemed small to me, but I must remember that an LAV25 is an assault vehicle—lightweight and "compact" in size (I put "compact" in quotes because it's still an absolute beast).

Speaking of beasts, a Bradley I had also purchased arrived, which seemed like a printing defect since the price was suspiciously low and it had numerous flaws. The scale is appropriate, maybe slightly larger than a real Bradley, but it will still join our Marine forces. I'll try to hide the wheel defects with sand during the weathering process.

So, this is how the American side is shaping up—they just need to go through some paint job before these vehicles hit the battlefield.

On our enemies' side, the Iraqi insurgents have just received a 3D-printed ZSU-23. I've decided to mount it on one of the technicals using a magnet so that pickup can be equipped with other gear or simply used as scenery. This way, I can also set up a fixed emplacement for the ZSU-23 without issues.

We’ll keep reporting from the front lines.
See you in the battlefield.

That LAV-25 does look small, they are 2.5m wide (a HMMWV is 2.16m wide).

Those HMMWV turrets look good.

Did you get the TOW pod that fits in the socket shown on the left side of the Bradley turret?

I've been trying to convince myself that it's the right size, even though I know it's a bit smaller... 🥺

I think it's closer to 1:50 than 1:43.

The Bradley must be a failed test print, since it has a lot of flaws in the tracks and is missing the TOW pod, but I can't complain given the price I paid.

IMO, that LAV is close enough.  They're 8' 10" to the top of the turret.  Looks close enough for government work.

As for the Bradley - just slap an appropriately sized piece of plasticard over the TOW mount hole.  Just tell folks it's a field-expedient repair after an RPG took out the TOW launcher... ;)
