Two things stand out for me:
1) 2000 Cairo Janissaries, that's double the total they had in 1798 when the French arrived
2) the 2000 Serdengecti "enfants perdue" which are sort of fanatic volunteers for forlorn hopes, usually associated with the Janissaries; but here they are taken from the Sipahis and another cavalry corps. That's new to me.
