Corgi Military Legends in Miniature - what scale is the M3 Stuart?

Anybody seen Corgi's M3 Stuart? It says "no scale" but it must be in the ballpark of something...15mm? 20mm?

Any guesses or comments?

Ostensibly 1/64th, but really more 'box scale'.  I think its pretty close to 18mm (modern 15mm) size.  I have one, and I recall using it with some 20mm figures but the tank was a bit too small for those.
