I think Minifigs did some a few years ago, but don't know if they still have them. "Keep Wargaming" might know.

Yes, they do!
Minifigs have awesome stuff, take a look here.

Keep Wargaming also have the C37 table from Hovels where all things on the table are on a separate sprue.
