Italian Aeroskiff WiP
« on: 05 April 2010, 10:19:24 PM »
After building an electro cannon from a bab5 Gaim cruiser, I rumaged through my bitsbox of discarded spaceships and found a Brakiri Kabrokta.

Wanting to build a small `scout nef` for the upcomming VSF at our club, I decided to use the vessel as the basis.  I attached two plastic Silent Death freighters at the bottom to become the engines, an acw gun barrel on the fron, some FoW pieces for a steering column (not finished yet, just a bit of greenstuff as a basis) and a pilot model...

To be continued  lol

Thunderchicken stirs from his slumber, did someone say rivets? Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm rivets!

Nice work! It's looking rather sleek and streamlined for Earth based VSF in my very humble opinion. Maybe you need to clumsy it up a bit with some pipework or the odd straight edge or indeed rivets.  :)
Don't!

Rivetting is currently in production

About the sleek lines, thats because Italian aeroneff`s are produced by Ferrarorghini factories, and work best with a Prussian mercenary as a pilot, as in this case mr Shoemaker  lol

Looks great, but....
If it Italian, shouldn't it be Ferrari Red?  lol

Keep up the great work.

Still needs to be painted, the green / yellow is from its time when it still was a Brakiri spaceship
