Help with 15mm Star Trek converions

I have an idea of making some 15 mm Star Trek Original Series Conversion. Only problem< I need help in finding figures wich can be painted as USS Enteprise (Or Federation) crew. As you can remember they uniform was simple, so it is possible just to paint it on 15mm figure without any special details on uniform.
Does someone have any idea for figs? Maybe some 15mm modern human in sport suit or something?

Males can be converted into swermans, but I dont like that they have belts and females does not wear miniskirts like in TOS.

To convert uniforms I need civilian in simple clothing. Then I need to paint him like this:




Can someone help me in finding 15mm figs wich will be suitable for this?
