Did you build the smallest guys from foam as well?

No built them out of green stuff, bit of a rush job. Built a unit of 16 in two days ;D
Not great sculpts but they served a purpose.

Germy

It is excellent work, it really is but...oh dear the punsters are going to love you. Enough raw material here to last a week I'd say :'( :'(

Yeah sorry about that  >:D

Cheers for your comments guys.

Those are some rocking scratch builds.
Maybe you could cobble some together from us lot.

The amount of people wanting some by the end of all this is gonna come down on you like a tonne of bricks.

lovely work, congratulations!

i'm interested in this yoga pad for scratchbuilding too: is it like styrofoam or more like sponge?

Combination of the two really. You can squeeze it like a sponge but it's very dense. Here's what I used, available on Amazon.
I can see I might have to make a video on using the yoga block.

Here is another demonstration of it's use for a stone henge piece of scenery.

These are great - such a unique looking force! I expected rocks glued to bases when I first saw the title :)

I have a load of 'rubble' from my castle project - what a great idea for using up the scraps! These are excellent... you could almost say they're very gneiss models...not schist at all! lol

There are really lovely. They remind me of the rock monster from "Never Ending Story", have you seen it? The monster even has a rock trike to ride around on. Perhaps you could use some mounted troops.

Arrived home from work tonight to find that one of my terriers has taken a severe attraction to my wife's yoga mat.

My entire hallway was filled with potential boulders.

I never realised he was so  interested in modelling but now he can share in my hobby.

But hey if you build a rock army what can you do but roll with it?

Yes, but you gotta take your time, you gotta say what you say and don't let anyone stand in your way.

Apparently.

Now we have a lovely rock army, what about a heavy metal one?
