In the center of the Metro, A Pulp Alley AAR -
So I wanted to see how a game using my subway system would go. The scenario is that there is a bunker sitting between two Metro hubs. It contains computers with codes vital to the continued existence of the Stations, this is the main plot point. There were four Perlious areas, the three orange blotches which were pools of toxic water, coming within three inches could cause a character to inhale poison gas. The fourth are was the blue maintenance shack, which could house dark, malevolent creatures. Two opposing teams started from stations at either end. Each escorted a tech with the information to extract the computer codes. The board was 18 x 72. The game went pretty well, and lasted the full 6 turns. Each side took heavy casualties. My League of Legends was down to two functioning characters, the opposing League of Dastardly Bastards which started at six, was also down to two.. The perilous areas only impacted one character. On the start of the sixth turn, one of my two surviving characters was 12" from the exit to the Metro concourse. The leader of the opponents was 12" behind him, but lucky for me, his card said he could not roll any shoot dice! I will hopefully play the scenario again Sunday with my son in law. Below are photos of the layout.
