Does anyone remember GW's pack of dogs (mastifs or rotties I think)? I remember seeing a link to it ages ago in the store but can't remember what system it's part of.

Any ideas?

They had an excellent pack of dogs with the Mordheim Witch Hunters. Not sure if they are still available.

Those are nice but they seem a little samll to me.  Take a look at the Mastifs at the bottom of this page:  http://www.vendelminiatures.co.uk/product.asp?P_ID=183&strPageHistory=related

I have several of these and they are very nice...

Oooh... those are nice too. I don't mind if they're a little small as I find the Foundry DA types I need them for are a little small anyway compared to Copplestone's Pulp stuff. That said, those ones you linked me to are perfect for pulp. The bloodhound would be great for my back country Sasquatch hunters!

Does anyone in the US carry Vendel?

Just FYI if it's Mastiffs you're after the 'Celtos' line also sells a three pack of the same dog figure. Try here.

Here's my Celtos mastiff painted up in non-mastiff colours, err surrounded by Obelisk Baboons! It's a great little figure imho.

There were some old Rotweilers for the Dark Elves long ago.  I'll have to dig mine out and attach a picture.

The GW Mordheim ones are worth looking for and don't forget the dogs that Gripping Beast has in their Celts (I think) range.

Yes. Adn I have about weight of them and would be willing to part with them. They are quite good.

The Vendel Mastiffs are awesome, they produce 12 in total two sets of 5 one with and one without a collar and then one sitting and one lying down.

Reaper also produce a fantasy pack Packmaster and hounds which has 2 Dobermans and 2 Alsatians (which if you cut off the tails look like dobermans)

Obelisk produce a Doberman and a Rottweiler in their Gangstars packs which are lovely models, you might be able to buy these separately.

Mordheim had some fantasy rotweillers some time ago which were brutish looking, eye patches, chains and spikes.

The LOTR are quite small but nice also possibly worth looking at are the GB Wolfhounds, Eureka Wolfhounds (again small - in the conquistadors range) and the Ooutpost wolk hounds - nice and big good dynamic poses.

Megaminis have their Fox and hounds which look pretty good too

I'm sending the Prof a pic of the GW dogs I was talking about so that he can hopefully post them here.  Also, there are some pics of an inn that I built 4 years ago when my wife was pregnant with our first child.  I bootlegged the idea off of the Forgeworld inn.
