Question from a new member
« on: 22 April 2011, 12:08:11 AM »
Hello to all.
I've been lurking around this board for long time;very, very long time. Finally,I'm here officially.Recently,I became quite fascinated ,better to say -obsessed ,by the early XX century period.
My question is this:what are the main differences between "Triumph & Tragedy" and " Back of Beyond" sets of rules?I do understand that to play BoB I need the main rulebook.I see that  T&T has a bit of "larger than life" feel ,with heroes and characters.I will eventually get both rules, but would like to hear which set is more flexible.I  mostly play solo and am OK with Pulpish and "over the top" elements.
Thank you,
nevals

BoB is played with 'Contemptible little Armies'. ClA aren't bad rules, but they are written in a rather confusing manner. T&T can be played with a more heroic background, but this is up to the player.
If you come for the king, you better not miss (Omar)
