I almost bought these same buildings for this purpose, but I couldn't work out how to finish the back easily.  Because I'm dumb.  Thanks for the inspiration.  I think I'll have a go now.

Great stuff as always Doug. I picked these up a year back but I havent used them yet. They were in a local cheap shop here in Liverpool. I have not seen any since but if you want I will keep an eye open and pick them up for if I see them? They were about £3 a set as I recall.

Thanks for the offer, Danny but, on reflection I'm going to stick with my resolution NOT to go adding more terrain pieces that will have no-where to live... :(

I'll just enjoy the pics of what others have done.
