Help with postings and links

Hello Everyone

I have become really interested in VSF lately and I think that I have many items in production and in stock that would be of interest to members of this forum.....

My problem being that as a computer user I am about as much use as a donkey..(a half witted donkey at that)

I have some pictures in various places that I would like to post here .......so if anyone would like to get in touch and give me some step by step instructions I would be most gratefull
