Mugadish pt2 buildings
« on: 19 August 2011, 11:01:59 AM »
Arch and side buildings complete, here is the update

28mm figs to give you the scale

Arch is on the ledft and a hotel buildings on each side all on one base

from above, roofs can be taken off and this gives you 3 floors to put hidden snipers ect

just another shot down the street, done it so everything can look differant when set up.
Roads are and buildings can connect up at differant postions to give the
city a differant look each time setup,  well thats the idea.

under the arch shot

Arch and Hotel Sahaft with balcony, good landing position for a Black Hawk on the
flat roof eh ?

road blocks cars burning to place on streets to confuse those Humvees, made by
club member Dave tuck

desert rust colour another road block and cover

Get a car from a charity shop for 10p and wreck it.

This sign is the first thing you see when entering Mugadishu, its a billboard full of
bullet holes it was in english with a cola so i just had to make it, if you search on
google you will come across it, must be a release of stress

Burning tires, use the wheels off those wrecked 10p cars.

Last one.

This week i will be working on Bakara Market, you know the place to get those weapons.
The Victorian Outpost

Its a new gaming place in Grimsby with new terrain and new scenery, lots of respect for all wargamers and is the best place to game in town.

Anybody who wishes to visit the venue to arrange a game then  just pm me and lets roll those dice.

Superb! :o
Very atmospheric. Amazing detailing and weathering.
The photos look amazing, too. Very well thought out.
Will be keeping an eye on this.
Excellent ideas and execution.

Very nice setting. Maybe a bit too tall beside 28mm miniatures but I love it. And you should add more rubbles in the hollow wrecks.
A word for miniatures, scenery and rules compulsive buying ? Zhobbyllness !

Part two is even better than Part one. Love the buildings.  :-* Do you have figures painted yet for a game?
