Bought new Perry Prussian Cavalry, ACW camp figures and some metal zouaves; Redoubt Berdan's Sharpshooters; Warbases bases and a nice set of their buildings.

Most of the games were a bit lack lustre though, there have been better years in the past.

Yep very much of the same opinion, but enjoyed the day, probably due to the socialising and chatting with a few LAFers and traders.

No lead purchased by me, despite Bibblywibbly trying to convince me to buy the Bushido figures (not at £25!) :o
But did pick up a Kaiser box and one pot of paint.... :?

A strange show - Saturday very busy (and incredibly smelly  :?), Sunday much quieter.

But some disturbing news to pass along....

Quote from: General Pinochet
The general consensus seems to be that there was quite a bit of theft going on at Colours this year - more than usual!

Dave T had a Foundry Regiment box pinched from right under our noses - in fact it was a double one - the long black box types with silver printing on it.

Also from Dave's stand some ***** walked off with my stuff
12 painted Foundry British Dragoons (in helmets). Just in case anyone is offered them or someone has a new addition to their army.

They're based on MDF in two's. The basing is distinctive because it' s light brown/sandy & uses green basetex for grass drybrushed yellow (not flock) and tufts. Plus one figure has the tuft on the top of his helmet missing (horsehair crest).

If you do come across them would you drop me an email or contact Dave T and I'll buy you a pint next time your at a show.

If anybody hears/sees anything PM me and I'll forward it on to the boys
