Has anyone bought these or seen them on a table? How do they look? Are they worth the price?

They look good, depends on what you want, I just did mine quick and cheerful, but others I have seen have been suitably detailed.

For the price, they are cheap, PMC have some ready made ones on EBay.

I was pleased with the houses I got you have a good start to either "cheap and cheerful" or add a few touches (the round bases I ordered were just the job as well).
I think some more houses and the pub next time.
