at last some pictures of the real badguy in my Kalmar Union War project...The Danish King Christian I from the House of Oldenburg.

Impressionist indeed, i never realy learned to do the smoth blending and transitions then painting minis, so I puched it in the other direction. 

My aim are fast painting and that the minis will look good on the gaming table, unfortunally they might not always look good on picture...not in to close-up at least...

Well, I quite like them. It's a different style. They don't look badly painted, put it that way. They look like they're painted in a particular style, and i like your bold use of bright colour.

As you Richard are a man that realy can get the most out of bright colours I´m most honoured by you comment, I actually use to read your very good painting article from WSS from time to time to get some inspiration 

I think my minis might get to dull if I woulden´t use the brightest colours to get good contrast, like the blue I use that are a little TO blue, but in the end it turnout quite well and I like it
