Thats not the Simba one but the very similar one from another brand. I have that one stocked away too. The wall pieces are very similar, but the mansion is more different (comparing yours to mine).

Could be it is another brand, thought it was Simba but could be wrong. It is very similar though and still very cheap (compared to the 80E for a GW one)

Yes both are very similar and equally cheap. The main difference is the Simba one doesn't have the locator holes for slotting the walls/towers together (instead they slot into the window openings).
