If you ignore the Tau-style chin guns it's a bit like a Vanship from Last Exile.... interesting.

I didn't notice the Vanship resemblance until you pointed it out. It does look quite similar, doesn't it?

I think Chris means that they love to be 'inspired' by others...then claim that they thought of it first anyway! (ie Aliens to Scotia Kryomek..then all of a sudden 'Nids get a make over and the IP warnings get stamped everywhere!).

As long as we all remember that 99.9% of everything is inspired by well everything...all's good.

I noticed some of GW's models look uncannily like Terminators. Some of their space elves remind me of Nemisis the Warlock. As does the entire religious themes of the space marines... and their giant robots come to think of it.
