The Snake Queen

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/mysterious-mayan-tablet-reveals-secrets-of-%E2%80%9Csnake-queen%E2%80%9D--161019184.html

I'm thinking this has to be the perfect backstory for a SA campaign; one where the Snake Queen is sacrificing virgins or whatever to reawaken Yig. I have some JR Miniatures "Middle East" terrain as well as a Grendel Scotia pyramid...seems like a good fit for South America.

Just wanted to post this story as it has some pics of the tablet which might be instructive for sculptors here...

Pretty interesting. Mayan civilization has always been really intriguing to me.

This does sound promising.
I will give this some thought as my jungle terrain bits could do with an airing.
Could work well together with some of the stuff from Test Island 3.
