14 again!
« on: 22 December 2012, 05:46:49 PM »
A number of years ago I made a concerted effort to keep my workbench as clean as possible and really be neat when I built stuff. The result was a slow down in production and not too much fun. I have decided to build like I did when I was 14.  Somewhere in the detritus of junk on my work bench is a variety of projects in progress.
There is only one person I need to keep happy with my hobby.  But, it is gratifying to share work here and hear your kind words and support. The best of the holidays to you all. Merry Christmas, Rob.

Yep, thumbs up for that one. Only you know where to find things, that's what matters.
Don't!

An EXCELLENT LOOKING workbench...a creative mind is rarely neat. You've got all sorts of cool thingies to stimulate your imagination floating around. WELL DONE!

Good for you!
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

It's all about results; if yours is like mine, full of stuff but nothing done. Too neat and clean, and you may spend all your time packing and unpacking.

Just remember, the full aphorism is 'If a cluttered desk is the sign of a cluttered mind, what is an empty desk the sign of?'  lol

By the way, you're still getting thumbs up on the VSF forum, and given Colonel O Truth's work, mighty high praise indeed!

However, we're voracious for updates, don't you know.
