A TSATF campaign?
« on: 16 January 2013, 05:02:35 PM »
I found this little gem for The Sword and the Flame a while ago and forgot about it.  It looks like a lot of fun.  Has any one tried this campaign system?

Hmm, I have not seen this before. It looks pretty interesting.

Years ago my local gaming group ran a year long campaign using The Sun Never Sets, which was THE campaign game for TSATF. It was a lot of fun, as each player takes the role of a British Officer and of an opposing force commander in a different theatre. IIRC, I was in charge of South Africa as the British and I was also a Chinese commander in that area.
Jane! Stop this crazy thing!

I like the rebellion index and the fact that native forces can move on the map generating more native forces.  There are several features to this campaign I like.   Thinking about modifying it for VSF.  A Mars campaign would be nice with Desert nomads, Green, and Red martians.
