Ridiculously well painted.
I'll be sure to keep out an eye for the rest of your work.

Sorry for the threadomancy but I've not been on LAF for a couple of months.  come back and see this...... :o :-*

Wow!  Great stuff.  The detailing on the miniatures is immense.  Topped off by the bases which as they aren't over the top with extra detailing really, REALLY finish them off nicely.

You sir, are an inspiration to us all.  Can I be another asking that this great thread is stickied for posterity?
Smile!  It's not that bad!

I think I may have painted these when I still had the old GW Tallarn Flesh but I'm not 100% sure so I may have used VMC USA Tan Earth instead (as far as my recipe goes the two are interchangeable). Anyway, base colour was one of those two plus a little VGC Beasty Brown. First highlight was just pure Tallarn Flesh or USA Tan Earth and then I began adding VGC Bonewhite to the mix for subsequent layers until I was using neat Bonewhite for th elightest highlights. I added a little white then for some fo the sharpest highlights. Finished it all off with a glaze of old GW Ogryn Flesh wash (for the glaze I just dilute it right down until there's barely any colour left).

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the comments by the way Chilledenuff.
