IHMN. About the Edison Beam Tanslocator...
« on: 22 May 2013, 12:00:39 AM »
Is this a 'personal' item that only one person carries and uses, or is the idea to set it near an Arc Generator and gradually shunt members of a Company into action?

Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

No red-shirted Scots engineers boldly beaming folk about in that case... ;D

lol

No afraid not. You can however have a 'redshirt' who keeps beaming himself into the operating area for the enemy arc generator though. His Beam Translocator can then steal the enemies power to jump him away next turn  ;)

Don't have the book with me to double check but I assume you can shoot after using it? Beam in, drop grenades, steal arc power, jump away....

Clever! And suitably risky for a red-shirt, so I like it.  lol
