Chaos Dwarf Painter Painted
« on: 25 June 2013, 04:55:36 PM »
Hi guys, finished this nice little figure and thought I'd share:

It's a re-sculpt of one of Clam's Ewal Dvergar figures by John Pickford; I think it's being used as a prize in the Chaos Dwarf Online painting comp.

Clam very kindly made a copy available to me, so I felt I had to paint it up as well as I could. Pretty happy with the outcome, although I might swap some of the colours around if I had to do it again. Its a really lovely figure to paint too - the face is tremendously characterful.

This little guy is fantastic! You've captured his character wonderfully. I think the myriad colors suit him well.

Thanks for sharing your great work on him!

Along with the tentacles the Guy just oozes personality; every ounce of which has been enhanced by your FINE brushwork. WONDERFULLY WELL DONE!

Thanks guys. I must say I'm a fan of John Pickfords work & Carsten has got him to do some smashing evil dwarfs!
