New VSF figures from Ramshackle Games
« on: 23 May 2008, 07:34:32 PM »
Some fun new character models from Ramshackle. Finally I have no excuse not to make an order. I love the Prussian commander, and I think that I have finally found that VSF Jack the Ripper figure I've been waiting for!  :D

Or an alternative paintjob:

Lovely minis. The only con is that they are resin, but I'm willing to give them a shot.

I think I can use all of these figures (except perhaps the 'Ripper' figure). Looks like I will be placing an order soon.

Very interesting. I particularly like the inventor type and the Ripper is a unique looking figure. They have a certain style to them. :)

Can't use the Ripper figure? You're just not trying! Assuming you're only going for battlefield roles and not doing some street skirmishing, how about having him as the bodyguard of another character? That Prussian officer for a start. Perhaps he's not actually human, maybe he is an automaton dressed in long robes to hide the fact. Maybe he's like the dead clockwork guy in Hellboy.

Interesting looking figures, certainly a little different to the norm. Quite fancy putting some paint on the Prussian and the ripper guy.

I'm a bit dubious of Resin Minis, but these look great fun! ;D

I'll probably try to pick up a set at the UK games Expo.

Ooh, thanks for the nice comments!

These are resin as said, but at £5 for 4 its still a good deal! They are very chunky casts too, no chance of them snapping.

As for MrSniketty, the Jack the Ripper dude, he is actually quite tall, so I think he must be inhuman. They do say that the real ripper was in league with the devil!
