I have been working on some new terrain using the cork board method and thought I'd mention it. I have been posting the pics to my blog, rather than posting them all over creation. Come take a look and tell me what you think.

Operator5, you have hit the nail on the head. That's what I was going for. For me it's the ground floor where the action happens, so I got rid of the overhead (the canopy that is). So far it's worked out well.

Lordblackwing, it's so easy to do and renders such wonderful results. I almost feel like I'm getting away with somethign taking creadit for the pieces I've made. To tell you how easy it is, my 4 year old daughter made one piece almost entirely by herself and it works perfect with the rest.

I was thinking more of a Georgia swamp full of dead trees. I like it.

I've tried to make some preliminary sketches for 'jungle' dense 'woods' terrain.

My group also wants to have the area 'open' for movement purposes but dense enuf for 'cover'.

Brilliant combination.
