Collectors Battlefield?

Anyone know anything about these rules. A friend saw an add for them in the latest Wargames Illustrated.
They kind of remind me of a set of rules with "collectible" 20mm figures I saw a couple of years ago.
They come painted. A single figure is $9. Fire teams and heavy weapons are around $20, vehicles are around $60.

Worked ok for me. Never heard of it myself, but the paint jobs don't look to bad.

Looks nice, but they're outside my price range.

It seems like a neat idea but the cost is pretty prohibitive for me. I'd be interested to know more about the ruleset though. The paint jobs aren't bad but for the price I'm not too sure. Either way I'd probably need to see this stuff in person.
