To Stunned To Say Much ....
« on: 09 March 2014, 11:35:43 AM »
Good morning Gentlemen

I'm new here, having just decided to start VSF skirmish gaming using IHMN.

I never EVER do the stuff I find in the books, so my first project is a RN Landing party using Copplestone figures. (I now understand this company will be in the new book, but I started before I knew about it.) These gallant Tars will be battling against dastardly Huns 'Somewhere in East Africa', but the first encounter will be some weeks away yet  :) Hopefully photos will follow

Apart from saying Hi, I just wanted to thank previous posters for so many great links and ideas. (I had to pass my sanity roll several times to avoid buying MORE lead).

Good hunting Gentlemen !

Nothing has to be "fantastic" to be VSF.   :o  There is nothing wrong with a RN based company.   8)  Other than being Navy (said the ex-USAF guy who gives his navy co-workers [and army/Marine types - USCG gets a pass in honor of my Dad,] lots of "playful banter" at lunch.)  Oh, and that "Royal" thing...  ;)  {said the "rebellious colonist."}

But seriously, the British army, (not "Royal" I know,) has The Prince of Wales Extraordinary Co. so the RN should be represented.  Why not you?

Looking forward to seeing the company in action.

Gracias,

Glenn
