His love of them centred in particular on the sleek aerodynamic automobiles that featured in most stories. So much so, that when the Politburo decreed a massive increase in armaments spending in 192?, to prepare for the forthcoming invasion of Bukhara, he had the Bolshevik engineers design and build this little beauty.
