I would say any cat over 40 pounds. But not any of the great cats. 
So:
Eurasian lynx   
Male Caracal (Beautiful cats kept as pets by Middle Eastern royalty)
Male Serval
Snow leopard
Clouded Leopard
Cougar
 Sunda clouded leopard
You might include some of the agressive smaller breeds as well but those are the ones I would consider plus the ones Glenn had already offered.
