Pulp Alley PDF, download?

      I've PM'd Dave and Mila, but have not gotten a response yet.  I purchased the hard copy rulebook and PDF combo.  How do I access the PDF to download it?

Check your junk mail box, that happened to me. Dave is usually very quick to respond if you have any issues.

I don't think it's an automatic process; I think Dave actually manually emails the PDFs out. So you may have to wait a few hours.
