Probably one of the best Egypt exploration books I own. Covers all aspects from a European's viewpoint at the time via Amelia and Emerson Peabody's perspective and experiences whilst there. Fashion, Dealing with the natives, Children, Scoundrels\Characters, Various attitudes adopted towards certain things encountered and the best hotels to stay at are just some of the topics covered. I found it to be an absolute treasure trove of information in which to convert to pulp.
