I´ve never seen the assassins in the flesh, but I´ve got one of their Camel Riders and some basic infantry (if I´m not mistaken about the latter), and those are okay, if a tiny bit shorter while a bit stockier.

Don't have the assassins, but I do have a few others from the saracen range and they do scale well with artizan. Comparison pic below:
