On the APC I'm working on I have a "globed" hatch which might do the job.

Those look pretty good.  If I put some on the sides of the turret and the hull I think I could get enough Dalek design cues to tie it to my ground troops.  I'm already seeing Gold domes on a white hull-Imperial Dalek style.

Just got mine over here across the sea.

Really a nice kit. Cleanly cast and looks great. I'm going back and forth about which faction to give it too, but it will probably end up as part of the "grey" team that faces off against my Ventaurans in our 28mm mech attack games.
