Nice helmet

Found this picture in a dutch magazine. Not much explanation but the helmet was invented by a english officer for protection against shrapnel but never became popular due to a lack of visibility.
Would be nice though to have a miniature with this helmet, a lot of special rules could be used!

The British leather tank helmet had a similar chainmail veil. Great War Miniatures make a fellow wearing one.
