Cynoscephalae battle report using Lost Battles.
« on: 21 January 2015, 11:49:38 AM »
Here's a rather skeletal battle report of our game of Cynoscephalae using 'Lost Battles' rules. There's not much discussion of the rules mechanics for those unfamiliar with it I'm afraid. Briefly, the table is a 5 x 4 grid, and units move from one space to another and fight into adjacent spaces.

I enjoyed reading this. What range are the miniature so from?
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Thanks for the Report.   Interesting the Roman infantry took on and beat the Phalanx frontally.   If I was into 15mm I would certainly use Xyston - excellent figures and the phalanx looks especially formidable.
