German Tank update
« on: 01 June 2015, 07:46:29 PM »
Hi everyone!
I just did a little improvement work on two 15mm German tanks for Chain of Command.  I also have a new Tank Destroyer for the Germans to play with.

Check out the pictures at my blog: http://wargameinsvergie.blogspot.se/2015/06/updated-15mm-tanks-for-chain-of-command.html

Have a great week!

Nice painting, they seem a little clean though.

Your comment reminds me of a letter to the editor in this month's FineScale Modeler (about the model community' obsession with weathering, filters and the like).  Would tank crews allow their vehicles to become dirty and rusty?  Or would they spend their maintenance time and down time for cleaning up and maintaining their vehicles in good running condition?

I think by clean Von Lucky did not mean undirty but rather overly bright and cheerful looking rather than military drab that most of us aim for
