Cheap riding horses needed
« on: June 23, 2015, 09:39:31 AM »
Hi gentleman,
I need some horses, cheap and plain, for a bunch of riders I have left from other kits. They should look medieval or quite generic. Could someone advise me some?

You can buy the Perry plastic horses as separate sprues from their website.

Code B29; 3 horses for £3.  :)

Essex miniatures do some really nice horse in a variety of poses in period, worth checking out if you are looking for metal over plastic. They work out at £1.95 a horse so not as cheap.

You got me with Perry; the saddle looks a bit late for my use, but hey!

Thanks a lot!

The perry figs look great, but you'll never get a better deal on horses than these beautiful figs from Wargames Factory:

One of the few times in my life I wished I lived in the US  There's also an European stockist that sells the bundle but the impossible  shipping cost is compensating all the gain.
