Pulp Alley with Friends
« on: 25 August 2015, 03:29:53 AM »
Here’s some pictures from a Pulp Alley game we did recently. It was a two player vs Wylie and Jadyn (new player). I was the game master and did some pre-made leagues with the character cards.

Wylie ended up winning the game. We all had a lot of fun and I hope we can get together again soon.

Great looking game as always. Love the guy buried in the sand - that's a great idea for a plot point!

Excellent all round!  :-* I would not like to be the guy buried up to his neck in the sand with that dog around.  lol

Indeed!

Jolly good thing he ain't wearin' a fez...
No need to give th'pooch any incentive eh?

As usually jealousy abounds over the splendiferous terrain & other goodies...

Who makes the cottage with the tile roof on the porch?

Also like the red hat honcho & the sack totin' fez rockin' fellahin,  where they from?

Do like that quicksand victim, mine's gonna be an askari, or a rug ruga I think.
Or a damsel...
Or are they like 'tater chips?

The SCSHM applauds the habitual hattage, well done as ever.

Lovely miniature and terrain, and even more important is that you guy look like you're having a ball which is marvellous.

Must check out Pulp Alley one of these days - does anyone know if there an Australian distributor?

All True!!

There's a free downloadable quick start PA lite PDF available here:

http://store.pulpalley.com/category-s/1823.htm

or here:

http://www.wargamevault.com/browse/pub/5628/Pulp-Alley

For both the free Quick Start & Fortune Cards

The Phamily Phipps, Dave & his brave daughter Mila, aka Wolf Girl are always on hand to lend advice, provide clarification, add encouragement &  dispense rewards

All the rule books & most cards are available as PDFs, so as international as can be.

The actual products are lil' gems & worth having, but not essential, at least at first.

As for miniatures, plenty of Pulp People from Australian sculptors are mighty suitable.
Now the Pulp Alley line of figures is brilliant, & gorgeous to see, paint & play.
Those yer gonna hafta mail order, from US or UK.

Unless you find a minion willing to swop Down Under lead for Up Yonder Pulp...
