(COMMERCIAL) Black Cat Bases improving communication?

     Dear List Members:

      I have been considering in placing a small order with Black Cat Bases, so I decided to send a an inquiry about their order turn-around time on 01/16/2016 and here is the response I got back:

Hi,

We are only a small business so we ask for 7 days for metal and a bit longer for resin at this time of year (resin does not like setting in the cold and takes ages!) The reality is most metal orders are much quicker than that, but that is our stated turn around.

If you need something urgently for an event we will always try and accommodate any requests, if you tell us in advance then we will be able to tell you whether or not a very urgent order is possible.

Very nice of them to give you a heads up, isn't it?

I had an issue with some items that got delivered just before Christmas and they replied to my query (and full satisfaction might I add) the first monday after New Years eve. Which is fast enough for me as people who run a business deserve a holiday break too.
