Just wondering if a Summoned or Controlled Demon counts as having a magical attack?

In the bestiary it says some have magic abillities. I guess it is up to you and your opponant to come to an agreement.

This is the problem! This is an issue that should not be down to "mutual agreement" surely?

Unless stated otherwise no creature has a "magic" attack. I think it was stated in the faq.
