Insidious Mastermind and Evil Aviatrix

Lo Fang seen here in a recently found photograph of the Black Lotus Benevolence Society of Shang Kong, circa 1937


A fantastic miniature by Pulp Alley/Statuesque that makes me wish I could paint better.
He is perfect for Lo Pan, Dr Fu Manchu, or another other evil mastermind from the Orient.
