Source for separate pavise/large shields?

I've recently acquired some Bretonnian Men At Arms (read Serjeants, silly fantasy game...) who are missing their pavise shields. They come with the left arm moulded onto them, so I'd like to replace them with a similarly large shield if possible. I saw Essex sells pavise shields, but I am otherwise in the dark on what options I have. Any help?

Cut some pavises from card?
Most pavises are fairly flat with a central spine, so it might not be a huge task.

Perry Miniatures sell these, as far as I'm aware they are the same as the plastic ones that come in their European Mercenaries box.
