StatGrave - a request
« on: 09 May 2016, 10:31:24 AM »
I'm playing around with an idea to add a little something extra to the, already excellent, game. But I need the help of the community.

After your games, I would be grateful if you could note down here the following stats per game:

Wizard / Apprentice – # spells cast:
Wizard / Apprentice – enemy wizard killed:
Wizard / Apprentice – enemy apprentice killed:
Wizard / Apprentice – # enemy soldiers killed:
Wizard / Apprentice – # creatures killed:

Soldiers – # soldiers in your warband:
Soldiers – enemy wizard killed:
Soldiers – enemy apprentice killed:
Soldiers – # enemy soldiers killed:
Soldiers – # creatures killed:

Treasure – # recovered:

This will help me get some good data to work out if my idea is even plausible.

Cheers in advance.

You may find it tricky gathering this information as it seems that virtually everyone house-rules XP for kills and/or treasure.

We award XP equivalent to HP of "victim" irrespective of who killed it! So don't even make a distinction or record who actually did it!

We also only deploy 5 treasure tokens (1 on centre spot with others within 6") and then give 2 rolls for central treasure token!

Yeah everyone seems to tweak it slightly to suit needs, but it's not XP I'm after, it's the actual number of kills/treasure recovered I need.

XP equal to victim HP is an interesting way to do it. I'm assuming whoever lands the final blow gets the full models worth of XP?

Yup! We wanted to avoid "machine-gun" or daemon-combat wizards designed with just killing as their aim (to sweep up all unclaimed treasures)!

If it's just stats you want then we had 2 treasures to 3 (equal to 3 rolls each) and 4 kills (including an apprentice) to 8!
