Test paint of a 3D printable hover/flyer I'm working on for 28mm sci-fi tables.

Very cool!
It evokes a bit of a 5th Element vibe (must be the yellow cab colour scheme), and from the front, it has a nice eighties look, resembling a Lamborgini Countach...
Also; very nice work on the reflecting skyline

Thanks! You have picked one of the core inspirations straight away
. The windscreen + wiper + side venting was all borrowed from the Countach and retasked within the limits of a printable design. The gull wing doors were happily borrowed from the classic 80's Delorean as well.

I love the way you paint all your windscreens - such good, bold colours. This car is ace.

Thanks all. I'll be back with official scale shots (including 28mm figures) and a commercial post once this car is ready to roll/fly out the door. Hoping to get it sorted for release this weekend - hence the test paint!

Here's the other variant I'll be including in the kit, almost finished up. Decorated with Russian aircraft decals. This one is on a stand that's meant to reflect a quick launch...perhaps to escape from the Federales. I really should have thrown some dyed cotton exhaust in the jet ends
