So, it will use the same rules as AFS, just adding the factions/battleboards? (Sorry if you already stated that, it's the middel of the night and I'm at Work and very tired)

Pretty much, yes.

There will be a list of "Attributes".
The rules for Warlocks will stay the same.
And the four profiles from the C&C unit category will remain.

And I think I will also stick with the 12 abilities on the Battleboards.
