Reading the comments, only one figure per player, is that correct?

Yes, each player had a single crew character. NPCs also featured but tended not to last long.

Sally Forth have some stuff up now but I think there are plans for a relaunch with more stuff. We've talked about adding gantries, etc

Yes the NPC's turned out to be rather.... well... expendable (Truth be told, everyone on the base was expendable)
