OMM in the states has this book out now

Looks interesting but a bit steep with International postage, hopefully someone like Caliver will have it in stock soon.

Oh dear - I had convinced myself that I couldn't hack US postage.

You don't have to mate, Caliver have it in stock they just haven't had time to put it up on the site yet.
