Its hydroman from heroclix!  Best thing about the collectable miniatures are the clear figures.  This one is a hybrid though, but I like it so much I had to paint the opaque parts up. (I should mention too that the eyes were the original factory painted ones!  They were great so I avoided it when painting the face )

Very cool! You could add some deepness to the clear parts using a dark blue wash maybe.

It does look like it had got a blue wash of some sort from the factory already.  I thought of attacking it with a bit of tamiya clear colours but was afraid it will dry with a different sheen compared with the other areas...

Great paint work. The mini really jumps out at you with that clear acrylic part.
