BD Wars: a new (different) miniatures blog

BD Wars is my latest miniatures related blog, where I aim to centralise all my miniatures-related projects that are themed around comic book characters and animation. BD is short for "bandes dessinées", which is the French name for comics and feels appropriate given that I was exposed to most or all of the series that will feature in this blog in the (original) French.

No need to present this little fellow I think. This project is still in the early planning stage, though most of the miniatures and buildings have been collected and are presented here.



Those who frequent the Old West board will perhaps have seen this project yet, centered around the 28mm Pixi and Atlas minis.



A more recent project, just presented on the Other Adventures board, including original sculpts and converted buildings.



Some conversions that were made over the years as part of my larger Pulp/WWW2 project.



One of the great animated shows of my youth, brought to life using 40mm-ish gashapon figures.

Lots material already which gives a good motion to the blog. I particularly like the red jeep and the zombie Tintin characters.

Most of it was done over a longer period of time, but I obly brought them together now.

Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque now there's a blast from my past!
I used to follow that show religiously on Club Dorothé.
As a flemish speaking belgian I actually picked up more french from watching these shows then I did at shool.

I have. Will probably get them at some point, though not to include in this project.
